Chester, formerly known as Callisto at the New York city shelter, is a 5ish year old cherub of sweetness. The nypd brough him to the shelter after finding him in horrific condition. Chester endured long term abuse. Culminating in him being either thrown out of a car or dragged behind it. He has road burn on his entire side, a broken forelimb, and severe skin and ear infections. He is currently in medical foster care healing.
While healing, Chester is proving himself to be an angel among us. He is kind, affectionate, goofy, GRATEFUL, and smart. Hes learning all about the good life!
