Cornflake, a male shih tzu havanese mix, is too hard to not coo at. This boy is about 4 years old, 10 lbs, and already endured too much in his short life.  He originally belonged to an elderly couple. When they ended up in a nursing home, the family abandoned him and his sister, Molly. So, the pups joined the Twenty Paws Rescue family. Before entering our care, Molly and Cornflake never saw a vet, groomer, or interacted with the outside world. They never left the small cluttered apartment and did not trust a single soul. Now, they are groomed, vetted, and ready to impress. Now, Cornflake is able to take on the world and ready for you to come along for the ride. Cornflake and his precious under bite and innate sweet nature will capture your heart. He adores attention and affection and thrives from love. This sensitive boy adores being held and staying at your side. There is nothing his kind and generous nature wont do for you. Currently, Cornflake is in a foster home with a wide array of dogs and cats, of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. He would do well in a home as the only pet or with other fur-siblings.

Cornflake is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and too cute for words. After a long discussion, Cornflake and Molly decided that they would prefer to be adopted out separately. While they love one another, they do feel it is time to go their separate ways and see what the future holds for them.
