Dante. How do we begin describing this perfectly vanilla drizzled chocolate boy? Well, he is about 1 to 3 years old, 75lbs, and what we guess to be a lab, dane, pit mix. When he was about 4 months old, someone abandoned him near a hot dog cart. Then, he spent his life at a shelter. Until, we took him in. Now, everyday is an adventure at day care with his friends. Dante loves other dogs, small and big, and can cater his play style to them.
True to the large dog mentality, Dante underestimates his size. He loves to sit in your lap, be picked up, and cradled. He’s a mush for all and adores his people. He won’t run up to strangers, but warms up to new people fairly quickly. Dante knows what he likes! You can’t fool this boy. He’s very smart!
Dante is crate trained, house broken, and knows basic commands. He is great on a halti harness and loves the beach. Oh, did we mention that Dante is a perfect companion in the car?
