Peanut is a 5-6 month old, 30lb precious baby. While we have no idea what breed he is, our guess is Dachshund mix of some sort- but he has longer legs. Peanut is a super friendly boy that loves other people and dogs. Maybe Doberman? He gets along well with his foster brother, another TPR alum.

Peanut is housebroken, crate trained, and super sweet. He has an impeccable fashion sense and loves belly rubs. His ears can be weathervanes, careful he does not catch any air under them. When at home, Peanut loves to play with his toys and cuddle in the fluffiest blanket he can find. If not snoozing, he is surely planning great schemes for world domination.

Peanut was found as a stray, completely emaciated and frightened, and suffering from skin infections. Weighing just 6lbs, the shelter staff thought this boy was just a few weeks old. Once he gained weight and had love, our medical staff felt he was closer to 5 months old. He is now healthy and ready to take on the world.
