Mr. Carter is in need of a foster or adopter! This little 6 year old chihuahua boy is dog and cat friendly and ready to find a loving family to cuddle and explore the world with. Mr. Carter lost his mom due to sickness and needs someone who will give him stability. While our boy enjoys walks in the neighborhood, Mr. Carter would love to find a home with a fenced yard to enjoy sunbathing and leisurely strolls in.
Ideally, Mr. Carter seeks an adult only home where he can be your fur child. He loves attention and needs patience, as he has that big chihuahua personality!
