Sweet and Chihuahua petite Rosa has been adopted! Another story that leaves us wondering how a human could be so cruel and dump precious Rosa in a kill shelter pregnant to fend for her 10 pound self. She gave birth and was the best mother to her babies, who are now all adopted. FINALLY it’s time for ROSA to be treated like baby. We are certain her new mom with spoil her everyday forever. THANK YOU everyone who made this adoption come together and most important THANK YOU to her mom Laura who gave Rosa a new chance at life.
