Roscoe is a 30lbs and an estimated 1 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback/Shepherd mix. He was found running the streets and was never claimed. He was saved and lived outside and cared for by some good samaritans. However, they could not keep him in the house. These people did all they could for him including getting him vaccinated and neutered. Sadly, if no one stepped up for him, he would have wound in a high kill shelter. This was an urgent and serious since this shelter euthanizes upon arrival. Twenty Paws stepped up and took this boy in. He is now in a loving New Jersey foster home and waiting to meet you!
