SNOOPY SAFE ADOPTED ON 12/15/11 LIVING FOREVER FREE IN UPSTATE NEW YORK with his amazing parents and loving sister Tiffany, a 2 year old Bichon!
In the fall, we rescued a sweet 7 year old male Bichon that was in danger of being abandoned in the streets of the Bronx. His family had to give him up after 2 years of hiding him in their apartment. He never went outside and was not housebroken. His former mother told Twenty Paws that he grew up with her 3 sons and was amazing with them. She clearly loved him and bawled when she gave him up. But she knew that it was time that she finally did the right thing and allowed us to take him in and find him a new home. The day after rescuing him, we took him to the vet, which was his first vet visit…ever. He was examined and brought up to date on all vaccinations and his injured paw was treated. Throughout the entire ordeal, Snoopy remained too sweet for words. He covered his rescuers with kisses and loved playing with their dogs. Immediately, it became evident that Snoopy loves to snuggle, play with dogs of all sizes, and enjoys the company of cats. After living in his Long Island foster home, Snoopy found his forever!! Snoopy now lives in upstate New York with his 2 year old Bichon sister and loving parents happily furever after.
